Itineraries, prices and photographs on this site are indicative and may change as availability and seasons change. The itinerary you receive from your journey designer is the authoritative version.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing and the agreed deposit is received. Payment schedules, deposit amounts and accepted payment methods are set out in your booking confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change — tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to adjust your itinerary. Any fees passed on by hotels, airlines or other suppliers will be explained clearly before you decide. The specific change and cancellation terms for your trip are included in your booking confirmation.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, trip cancellation and personal belongings for the full duration of your journey.
